17046 - Air Filtration and Miscellaneous Filters

1.1  Invitation to Proponents
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Air Filtration Filters and Miscellaneous Filters (“Goods”) to support The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (“the Purchaser”) as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables, (“The Deliverables”):

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Air Filtration Filters and Miscellaneous Filters (“Goods”) to support The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (“the Purchaser”) as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables, (“The Deliverables”):
 
1.1  Description of Deliverables
To provide the most cost-effective, high quality air filtration products in a timely manner to locations specified by the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.  Filters must meet the requirements of ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 52.2-1999 or better. 
1.2  Scope of Work
In addition to the following, please reference Schedule C  for exact filter specifications and requirements.
Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology is looking for innovative cost savings initiatives and energy savings technology (without changing the way our systems are designed).    Training Seminars for Technicians are also requested.  Delivery considerations are outlined in Section 2.6. 
Filter installation is not included in this RFP.

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the Term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods
