Description

The objective of this RFP is to identify a successful Proponent who will provide Automated Banking Machines (ABM) to the College.
The Proponent will be required to satisfy the following objectives:

Provide, install and manage ABM’s in 70% of the location within the College campuses.
Have a transition plan for the installation of new ABM’s that will ensure minimal disruption of the service being currently provided
Ensure ABM’s are in good working order and provide service with a minimum of customer complaints
Reasonable ABM surcharge that does not exceed the average convenience of the major 5 Canadian banks.

There are currently 8 ABM locations between the Ottawa and Perth Campuses.
The current locations are:

ACCE Building
A – Building
C – Building
D – Building
E – Building
Residence
T – Building
Perth Campus

In the past 2 years, there has been a significant growth in the use of the 8 ABMs in the College’s Woodroffe and Perth Campuses. The number of ABM transactions grew from 9660 to about 20840, representing a growth percentage of about 116%. Value of transactions grew from $600k in 2017 to about $1.4M in 2018, representing a growth of 130%.
In providing these figures, the College makes no warranties or representation as to the level of future enrollments and transactions anticipated at the College for calendar year 2019 and beyond.
