This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Quotations for the provision Cafeteria Partition Walls Replacement and Service to support The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology:
The Partition Walls Replacement is to include:
· Removing and Disposing of existing demountable partitions
· Providing new demountable partitions
· Patching Repairing existing bulkhead and painting to the nearest natural break line
· Provide training to staff
· Provide Service Maintenance and Warranty
Please note; the existing track system for the Partition Walls will remain
The intent is to have the new Partition Walls installed on the existing system.
Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, is looking for a Supplier who will re-furbish the existing partition walls system, install the new walls, including all hook-ups (Mechanical and Electrical), repair drywall, paint and remove and dispose of all debris from the work site including old walls. At the end of the installation, the new system must be in working condition, satisfactory to the Purchaser. The installation must come with a twelve (12) month warranty period on the system, including parts.
The Proponent must be able to provide a maintenance service support program (including parts) for the Term of the Agreement (3 years), including the optional extension periods (2 x1 year).
