Description

Algonquin College’s International Education Centre (the Purchaser) wishes to secure a qualified in-market firm (the Proponent) in China to support Algonquin’s ongoing physical presence in China and support the Purchaser in recruiting and managing staff, as well as provide support in the following areas: marketing and public relations, student recruitment, partnership development and market research. The Purchaser wishes to have a presence in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi’an.

The Proponent will provide the Purchaser with local infrastructure including office space and other amenities to support the Purchaser’s representation in China. The Proponent will manage locally based representatives, dedicated to solely supporting the Purchaser’s objectives in China, including Taiwan and Hong Kong.
