Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation for Proponents to be selected as the Construction Manager on the Algonquin Students’ Association Athletics Recreation Complex (ARC) Project (the “Project”) for The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (the “Purchaser”).

The following major milestones are established for the ARC project subject to ratification by the Project Steering Committee prior to issuance of any contract following from this RFP process.
