Description

Description of Deliverables
Algonquin College is seeking proposals for a local, high quality Proponent of digital print services to provide and deliver printing materials, for its downtown Ottawa Corporate Training Centre located at 340 Albert St., Ottawa, ON.
The Services may include creative design services, printing & binding of course manuals, reports, brochures and catalogues, posters, banners, mailing services, e-publishing and web to print solutions.
The Services also include delivery.

Scope of Work
The Proponent must be able to supply an on-time needed basis, the products listed in Appendix E – Courses Printed Materials.
At times, the Proponent will be expected to prepare and provide, at no extra cost to the Purchaser, next day 9 am delivery of the courses printed materials due to last minute student enrollments.
The list of courses printed materials is found in Appendix E – Courses Printed Materials.
