1.1 Scope of Work
The scope of work details the primary points to be covered during the semi-annual, annual and quinquennial inspections. In addition to the requirements of CSA standard C282, any and all equipment manufacturers recommended maintenance practices and procedures shall be addressed.
All required inspection reports shall be delivered in both written and electronic versions no less than thirty days from the completion of inspections and service required.
Replacement parts must be from generator manufacturer where possible. When not possible, equivalent parts can be used if the meet and are superior in quality.
In consultation with the client, any deficiencies noted during inspections shall be addressed and dealt with immediately. Any and all invoices resulting from the service shall reflect a breakdown of parts, consumables and labour. Where parts are warranted, the actual cost of the parts with the proponents mark up shall be clearly defined on any submitted invoices.
Quotes shall define the proponents’ standard mark up on all parts and consumables. Any and all additional costs associated with the service shall be clearly defined in submitted quotes.
After the first year inspection, the successful proponent will provide a price list of recommended repairs/upgrades to be performed. This process should be repeated every year of the Contract period thereafter.
Attached and forming part of this request is a current copy of the Woodroffe Campus generator inventory. Information was collected from the equipment identification plates.
