17032 - Gathering Place Structure

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Algonquin College Gathering Place Structure (“Goods”) to support The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (“the Purchaser”) as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables, (“The Deliverables”):
 
The Goods required generally include:   
 
·         Detailed design of all elements including shop drawings for approvals;
·         Supply, transport into courtyard and installation of: weir structure including timbers, steel rings, rope and fittings; benches with hardware; extension of electrical and data pathways to terminations; electrical equipment and wiring; and LED lighting, wiring and controls;
·         Equipment for transport, handling and installation of all gathering place structure components both into and within the enclosed courtyard;
·         Commissioning of all systems including lighting and electrical components;
·         Submission of as-built drawings and operational / maintenance documentation; and
·         One-year warranty on workmanship and all components provided.
