Bidders to provide one bound copy of their proposal prominently marked as, "Original" and two unbound photocopies prominently marked as, "Copy".
Bidders are also required to provide one searchable and not locked soft copy on a USB flash drive of the proposal and all appendices EXCEPT Appendix C.
