Description

The Project involves maintaining parking capacity to accommodate for the parking spaces occupied by the new Athletics Recreation Center scheduled to commence on or about August 15, 2019 within the north-west side of the main parking lot (lots 8 & 9).

The Project includes constructing new parking lots, demolishing existing concrete islands to be replaced by new stalls, modifying existing pavements to allow for an addition of a third lane, and asphalt paving to upgrade existing gravel lot. This Project is to be completed in August 2019 in preparation for staff and student return ahead of the 2019/2020 semester.

The purpose of this RFP is therefore to identify a single qualified contractor with relevant experience to undertake clearing/grubbing, removals, parking lot construction and upgrades to develop parking spaces across campus.
