This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is an invitation for prospective Proponents to qualify and
participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Prime Design Consultant (PDC)
role on the Algonquin College Students’ Association Athletics Recreation Complex (ARC) Project
(the “Project”) for Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (the “Purchaser”).
Not withstanding any other terms of this RFQ that may be interpreted otherwise, this RFQ is
merely a call for qualifications and does not does not create legally binding obligations or
results in any other form of commitment or obligations on the Purchaser.
