18017 - VORs - Recruitment of Resources For Temporary Financial and Procurement Staff

The Purchaser intends to award Vendors of Record (VOR) status to up to five (5) Proponent(s) for each  period, herein after called “Term Period”,  of five (5) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the Term Period on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional periods of up to one (1) year each. Successful Proponent(s) are required to enter into an Agreement (“Agreement”) substantially in the form of the Agreement attached in Appendix A Form of Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.
For clarity, the Term Period shall commence on the date shown on the VOR notification issued by the Purchaser to successful Proponents.
