Description

Saskatoon Public Schools (SPSD) and the Government of Saskatchewan are proceeding with the development of the new City Center School (CCS the “Project”). SPSD and the Government of Saskatchewan, hereby referred to as the “Owner”, are soliciting written responses (the “Proposal”) through this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) from
qualified firms (the “Proponent”) to provide general contracting services for the Project. SPSD and the GoS will be conducting the pre-qualification process in a two-stage process due to silent periods and the upcoming election.
Phase 1 will consist of the selection of the Proponent Companies that will be invited to submit their teams in the second phase.
Phase 2 will also include the following prequalification’s:
• Mechanical
• Electrical
• Timber frame
• Concrete Exterior
