Description

Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP on behalf of Western Zone for prospective bidders to submit proposals for the development of leased space for Leased Clinic Space
– Collaborative Team Clinic – Port Aux Basques, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements in Appendix A, the Schedule of Accommodations, and the Public Procurement Act.

The proponent will be required to enter into an agreement with NLHS for the Leased Clinic Space –
Collaborative Team Clinic – Port Aux Basques, NL as specified in this RFP for a contract term of twenty
(20) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) five (5) year periods as outlined in Schedule B – Financial Proposal. The RFP terms and conditions are to be applied to the Term and any extensions of the Term.
