GS2022-029-P-1012 - Exterior Painting and Fence Replacement

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government ofManitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Exterior Painting and Fence Replacement for two single family units in Thompson, MB as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:

Date and Time: July 21, 2022 at 1:00 pm local time

Proponents are to meet at 603 Princeton Dr., Thompson, MB prior to 1:00 pm to sign the site attendance sheet. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the pre-bid meeting unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.

Deadline for questions July 28, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca  CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is August 4, 2022 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission will be accepted. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
