The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting engineering companies to provide engineering consulting services for the work and for the City of Steinbach to enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose proposal is judged to serve the best interests of the City of Steinbach.

The 2020 Capital Works Program generally consists of 1,100m of asphalt milling & replacement and 875m of asphalt pathways in the City of Steinbach.
