The 2022 Capital Works Program generally consists of:

New wastewater sewer construction on Loewen Boulevard from Walnut Street to Old Tom Road.
New sidewalks:
- McKenzie Avenue from Parkhill Crescent to Windsor Gate.
- Brighton Lane at Clearspring Middle School to Ashford Lane to Wyndham Estate Drive.
- Brandt Street from Ellice Avenue to Woodhaven Avenue.
