Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting engineering companies to provide services for the work as described in Section 5 and for the City of Steinbach to enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose proposal is judged to serve the best interests of the City of Steinbach.
The 2023 Capital Works Contract A program generally consists of:
• Roadway, sidewalk, water main, and wastewater sewer lining on Barkman Avenue from Henry Street to Beaver Crescent
• Partial roadway and water main reconstruction on Penner Street from Reimer Avenue to Barkman Avenue
