Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting engineering companies to provide services for the work as described in Section 5 of the attached RFP documentation. The 2023 Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrades Comparison Review Study generally consists of investigating the following options for the City to upgrade their Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF): expanding the existing lagoon, joining a regional wastewater treatment co-operative, building a mechanical treatment plant, and using a combination of mechanical treatment and the existing lagoon system. The mechanical treatment plant investigation would analyse a number of nutrient removal treatment processes.
