Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked with the project title “Request for Tender, 2020-005 Tandem Axle Roll Off Truck” and addressed to:

at or before 11:00 a.m. local time on Friday July 10, 2020. Any method of the delivery of a proposal will be at the risk of the proponent. Submissions sent by facsimile will not be accepted.

a) Information to Proponents;
b) Tender Final Pricing Form – Schedule “A”; and
c) Specifications, Truck & Roll Off System - Schedule “B”
