Description

The City of Steinbach is seeking proposals from qualified businesses to provide cleaning services for various City facilities for a three-year term beginning February 1, 2025.
Information packages that outline the cleaning requirements may be picked up at the City’s operations Building located at 51 Millwork Drive, Steinbach MB. Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 12pm and 1 pm to 3 pm or may be requested in a digital format by sending an email request to Mr. Paul Penner at ppenner@steinbach.ca.

Prior to submitting a proposal, a contractor must receive a tour of the work sites to familiarize itself with all premises and information necessary to properly execute the contract. To book an appointment for viewing these sites, please contact Mr. Paul Penner @ 204 371-3430 or by email at ppenner@steinbach.ca.

All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with “City of Steinbach Cleaning Proposal” and provide the following information.

Company name, address and background
Details of previous experience and customer references
Confirmation of services to be provided
Cost of services per facility, per month
Proof of liability insurance coverage, WCB coverage, WHMIS training, and bonded status.
