The Town of Gillam is seeking bids from qualified parties interested in undertaking the construction of the 2018 Sewer and Water Linear Infrastructure Renewal Project in the Town of Gillam. Completion of the work is to be met by September 28, 2018.

To be accepted,
One (1) emailed (.pdf) copy of the responding tender must be received and time and date
stamped by the Town of Gillam by no later than 4:00 pm Manitoba local time on April 4, 2018.
Late submittals will not be accepted, and will be discarded unopened. Proposal shall be emailed
to the four addresses below:

One (1) original copy hardcopy and one (1) photocopy of the responding tender within five (5)
business days after the tender close date. The Tender shall be enclosed in a sealed package
marked: “Town of Gillam 2018 Sewer and Water Linear Infrastructure Renewal – Request for
Quotation”. Proposal shall be handed in in-person, mailed or couriered to the address below:

In the event of a discrepancy between the emailed electronic copy of the proposal and the paper
copy of the proposal, the emailed copy shall prevail.
