Description

To All Interested Parties:

The Town of Gillam is seeking proposals from qualified parties interested in providing professional engineering consulting services for Town of Gillam’s sewer and water linear infrastructure improvements program.

Improvements to the Town of Gillam water and sewer infrastructure are currently planned to take place in 2018. This assignment is for planning, preliminary & detailed design, contract administration, and post - construction services for the 2018 construction year. Project entails replacement of approximately 725m of sewer main, 1250m of sewer service line, 725m of water main, and 1420m of water service lines on the streets of Kettle Crescent and Churchill Place.

Additional Bidding Instructions

One (1) emailed (.pdf) copy of the responding tender must be received and time and date stamped by the Town of Gillam by no later than 16:00 pm Manitoba local time on September 15, 2017. Late submittals will not be accepted, and will be discarded unopened. Proposal shall be emailed to the two addresses below:

One (1) original hardcopy and one (1) photocopy of the responding tender within five (5) business days after the tender close date. The proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed package marked: “Request for Proposals for Professional Consulting Services: 2018 Sewer and Water Renewals”. Proposal shall be handed in in-person, mailed or couriered to the address below:
