Description:
The selected proponent will be responsible for the development of Schulich School of Business’ Enterprise Architecture in consideration of York’s planned Enterprise Architecture using proven methodologies and best practices, more specifically:

• Enterprise architecture principles;
• Framework to gather high level business requirements from the various end-user groups;
• Documentation of current business, information, middleware and infrastructure architectures/environments and identification of architecture standards;
• Targeted enterprise architecture and recommendations considering Higher Education tendencies in general and Business School tendencies in particular;
• Transition plan; and
• Information Technology Governance model.
