Description

To improve customer experience (CX) across various services provided by ICBC, ICBC wishes to engage qualified and experienced vendors with the ability and resources to support CX-related initiatives in two primary service areas across six work categories:

Business design, enablement and implementation services

Digital Experience Business Design and Enablement
Customer Communications and Interactions Business Design and Enablement
Contact Centre Business Design, Enablement and Technology Implementation

Technology design and implementation services

Enterprise and Foundational Services
Portal and Applications Technology Implementation
Customer Communications and Interactions Technology Implementation

ICBC plans to select up to two vendors for each of the above six categories. Interested vendors may submit proposals for more than one category, with one proposal per category.
