Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Parks Canada Agency, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase of a floating vegetated island including design, construction, delivery and installation at Lachine Canal (Montréal, QC), as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
