Description

Vancouver Coastal Health Authority hereby gives notice of its intent to enter contract negotiations with Seamless Mobile Health Inc., to provide a VCH privacy approved comprehensive patient engagement and care management platform with a focus on delivering patient reported outcomes (PROMS) and experience measures (PREMS) with an integrated comprehensive patient library. In addition, the services include advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring platform security, and delivering ongoing maintenance services to support the platform's functionality and reliability.
