This RFP is in support of improvements, standardization, and innovations to parking lot operations and Fleet Electrification throughout Island Health’s leased and owned facilities. Island Health’s Parking operations have undergone several changes over the past five years, but without a clear plan that ensures facilities are operating at the same level and with the same policy standards and functioning as an integrated unit. In 2019, Island Health Parking Services created a new standard for signage, to align quality, planning and operational processes throughout Island Health owned facilities.
