Parliamentary Protective Service (PPS)
Request for Quote (RFQ) for Forklift and Pallet Truck

The PPS is seeking Quotes from potential firms for the provision of Forklift and Pallet Truck equipment for a project located in Ottawa, Canada.
This is a one-step submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the Bidder the with lowest compliant Quote who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the PPS.
To be considered, submissions must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the RFQ document through the Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFQ documents.

It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the Work between August 1st and August 31st, 2025. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.

The PPS retains the right to negotiate with the Bidders on any aspect of the procurement.

Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada (English or French).

Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on Merx.
