Description of Goods and/or Services:
The Technical Standards and Safety Authority is looking for Hotel Conference and Accommodation Services for various hosted events throughout the year.
The intention of this procurement is to qualify multiple providers of event spaces for the various regions or areas which the TSSA hosts events. The requirement would be based on a non-exclusive as and when needed basis as the requirement for hotel accommodation and conference services are required.
This procurement has a multi-category and multi-award component. There are seven (7) region categories (see list below) that are available to be bid on. Proponents are requested to indicate within their submission (Appendix B), which region(s) they wish to be considered for. Evaluations will be conducted independently for each of the regions. Proponents will only be considered for regions they have identified. Additionally, pricing will be evaluated solely based on the vendor submissions within the specific region category.
The highest-ranking proponent within each of the seven (7) categories which correspond with specific regions in Ontario will be considered the successful proponent. Proponents will be required to meet a minimum score of 70% in all criteria (or 70/100) in order to be considered for award.

Etobicoke/Toronto- Airport
Toronto - Downtown
London
Sarnia
Ottawa
North Bay
Vaughan
