Description

Currently, there are over five, unconnected systems used by the People and Culture team to carry out day-to-day tasks. This causes much inefficiency and reliance on external departments and custom middleware. Replacing these legacy systems with an integrated solution will improve operational efficiency in the People and Culture division and across TVO.

Our objective is to replace the current set of unconnected HR software with a single, integrated solution. Replacing these legacy systems with an integrated solution will improve day-to-day operations in the People and Culture (HR) department. Workflows for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management and other HR related tasks will be simplified and improved.

Potential vendors may partner with each other to propose a solution that meets TVO’s requirements.
