West Campus Development Trust (the Trust) is inviting interested parties to submit a proposal under this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of design consulting services. These services include concept design, detailed design and building permit level design for Block 23 and the Central Park. Proposals are to include a list of a comprehensive team to carry out the Scope of Work defined in this RFP.
The structure of this RFP provides the RFP process background information and the Response Submission Requirements, and Evaluation Criteria. The Response Submission Requirements and Evaluation Criteria outline all of the information which is required to be submitted by the Respondent as part of the response in order for West Campus Development Trust (the Trust) to accurately evaluate the proposal.
