DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer
The Department of Physical and Environmental Science at the University of Toronto Scarborough seeks to purchase a Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer, with delivery, installation, training and warranty included.
The procurement will not involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
