Groupe Média TFO (TFO) regularly has to contract the services of qualified professionals. To acquire these services, TFO wants to establish a list of preferred suppliers/vendors through a fair and open selection process. To be part of this list, suppliers/vendors have to meet the standard required and the evaluation criteria.
a) The purpose of this request for qualifications is to establish a suppliers/vendors list that would be able to provide the services as described below.
The successful bidders will need to be able to:
Support Groupe Media TFO to design, organize and host events with target groups (Franco-Ontarian community, school boards, teachers/parents/Francophile students)
Assist Groupe Media TFO in implementing its strategy of engaging FrancoOntarian, Francophone and Francophile communities in Canada
Keep an eye open on everything that is happening in the Francophone communities in order to support/assist Groupe Media TFO
Inform TFO of opportunities for winning partnerships to strengthen its relationships with the Francophone, Francophile and educational communities.
Create business opportunities in Canada and overseas on topics related to education, Francophonie or community development.
The suppliers/vendors list arrangements would be for a period of three (3) years with the possibility of a two (2) years prolongation of 2 periods of one additional year at the same conditions, at TFO discretion
