Description

This RFP is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Hygiene Disposal Services. The Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning (“Humber”) and Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology (“Seneca”); together with Humber, the “Colleges”; and each a “College”) invite proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers to provide goods and services to the Colleges at their various campuses. The Colleges have the right to negotiate with any Proponent(s), including the Preferred Proponent(s). The Colleges shall have the final authority on all matters regarding this RFP.
