Notice of Intent (NOI):

This notice is to inform prospective vendors of the upcoming RFP for Retail Space Renovations Phase 4 at North Campus. A formal RFP document with the complete scope and specifications will be posted subsequently on MERX in the near future.

Brief Scope:

As part of Humber's Retail Space Master Plan at the North Campus, Humber College will be renovating the existing Bookstore space to become a retail hub with a new bookstore, retail outlets, and a Townsquare. The area in the proposed scope of work is approximately 4,200 sqft.
