One of the key tenets to that, both externally and internally, is OLG’s Digital Development. As the Enterprise continues to identify and plan for the key enablers that will be fundamental for long-term competitiveness and relevance, the vendors identified through this service will support OLG over the next three years through various work streams and initiatives. Such initiatives may include, but are not limited to:
- Implementation of an integrated, enterprise-wide social media program,
- CRM and/or a digital marketing program,
- Optimization of e-commerce and m-commerce capabilities on our transactional portals or applications, and
- Establishment of an Innovation lab.
The number of years that the VOR will be valid, from the date of this RFP, is three years and further requests will not be published. OLG will select Vendors, from time to time from the VOR, to carry out specific assignments, using a second stage request. It is OLG’s intention that only Vendors on the VOR will receive notices from OLG with respect to second stage requests for the Goods and/or Services.
