This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is an invitation to prospective Respondents to provide pricing for Records Management Off Site Storage and Related Services for Ontario Lottery & Gaming. Vendor will provide off-site document storage/retrieval services, and or off-site document destruction/shredding services as defined in the "Scope of Work" in Schedule C of this RFQ. The Vendor shall do all the work and furnish the supervision, labor, containers, components, materials and tools necessary for the performance and completion of the work in the manner called for by the terms, conditions and specifications herein, and to the satisfaction of OLG. OLG will be seeking a successful respondent to be the primary supplier of these services as specified in this RFQ.

After the RFQ evaluation process is concluded, the Respondent will be identified and may be invited to negotiate agreement(s) with OLG.
