ART AND CLASSROOM SUPPLIES
The Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) is coordinating this Invitation to Tender for the purchase and delivery of Art and Classroom Supplies as part of a cooperative initiative between the following participating School Boards: le Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE), le Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO) and the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB).
It is the intention of the The Ottawa Catholic School Board to award a contract or contracts from this solicitation, to the Respondent(s) (if any) who offers the best overall value to the Purchasers. Consequently, the The Ottawa Catholic School Board shall not be bound to award to the lowest price or any Offer.
All deliveries to be made directly inside each site approximately 185 sites as and when required over the Contract period of February 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020, as well as during the two (2) additional one year extension period(s), should the Purchasers wish to exercise their option to extend the Contract.
