Notice is hereby given by Interior Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through its collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Data Asset Management Software for the Health Authority with an estimated value of $336,000 over a period of up to six (6) years.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
