Description

The Purchaser is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors to pre-qualify to provide all necessary services for the construction of a new Welcome Centre. The proposed project is being designed by Architecttura Inc. architects and includes, but is not limited to the following:

1,692 square meters (18,212 square feet) addition located on the south side of the main building and to the east side of the main entrance. It will be a two-storey structure consisting of structural steel, metal stud, masonry, and curtain wall construction. See Appendix A: Drawings and Specifications.

The schedule will consist of construction commencement April 1, 2023 and complete for occupancy for June 1, 2024.
