Description

TVO has several public facing websites that fall under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) the sites need to follow the WCAG2.0 guidelines at level AA.

TVO is looking for a solution that will automatically monitor, check and report on their websites to ensure they meet compliance with the WCAG guidelines at Level AA. The solution also needs to be able to check for Level AAA. The service is for a period of 3 years with two 1 year renewal options.

TVO currently has approximately 41,233 web pages across all of their sites. The websites continue to grow monthly at an approximate rate of 863 pages per year. While most of TVO’s sites are open to all users, a small number require authentication.

In addition to TVO’s public facing sites, several Q.A. environments need to be crawled on our internal network prior to launch.
